Hi, I'm Cal! 

I'm a bike racer. 

Here is Calvin with Levi Leipheimer riding in place of our Web Developer Mike. Mike was one of the top 10 fundraisers in the 2005 Sonoma County Bike for Breath Ride but was unable to attend this ride with Levi due to Jeff nagging him for Pizza and Beer.

In 2005 I raced at:

Cool Mountain bike race in Cool California. I was 7th in Sport class 19-29.

Pinole Team Time Trial. Cal was 9th in cat 5. Wente VInyards. I was 27th in cat 5. There were 50 racers in the field.

Mount Diablo Hill Climb. I was 142nd out of 1100 participants and my time was 1:01:04.

In 2006:

Mt San Bruno Hillclimb 21:27 minutes 28th of 50

Patterson Road Race 24th.

Pinole team time trial 49 minutes, my teammate was at 51 minutes, that means our time was 51 minutes!

Copperopolis Road Race cat 5 10th place.

Wards Ferry Road Race cat 4/5 9th place.

Wente Vineyards Road Race Cat 5 9th Place.

Celebrate fremont Criterium cat 5 17th place.

Albany Criterium Cat 5 15th place.

Fort Ord Road Race Cat 5 6th Place.

Patterson Pass Road Race 9th Place.

San Ardo Road Race 24th Place (Too much blocking, and was overwhelmed at sprint finish.)

Cyclocross:

Sacramento Series;

 #1 Mens C 7th Place

#2 Mens C 3rd Place

#3 Mens C 5th Place

Bay Area Super Prestige Series;

#1 Mens C 12th place of 63

I'm getting better all the time though!

I can jump bikes.

Cal is the Pedaler's youngest employee. He rides his bike to work 4 times a week from Oakland! Cal is very handy in the back, and very helpful with customers. If you have a question, just ask Cal! He is getting into road racing. Cal has a Cannondale CAAD 8 and plans on doing as many races  as possible in 2006. We will keep you posted! Cal also has a Specialized Epic on loan from the shop. He might race that too!
