The Pedaler (theped.com) appreciates your business. Please allow 24 hours to 48 hours for delivery, Some items may take longer and we will contact you if that is the case.

The Pedaler is not responsible for damage to a product incurred by weather. If an item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact The Pedaler, as soon as possible, and return damaged goods within 15 days, for a replacement item or refund.  Refunds for defective products are given at the discretion of The Pedaler. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be returned to The Pedaler within 30 days as long as it is in the original packaging and in resellable condition.
